Conscious Thrive for BODY AND SOUl- NEXT SESSION STARTS IN january 2022!

My name is Carolyn Pask, and I am a certified Kundalini yoga instructor, a Yoga Health Coach, and a certified personal trainer. I discovered Yoga Health Coaching when I was looking for a way to gain control of my stressed-out body and mind. I was tired, not eating super well, and suffering from nervous system issues. I found my way to a program called Body Thrive by Cate Stillman, a highly customizable program that uses yoga and Ayurveda (yoga's medical sister science) techniques to help alter our daily habits, one step at a time. I loved the program and the change that it brought about in me so much that I am now certified to lead others using my own program, Conscious Thrive for Body and Mind.  

The program is a simple, online format. We tackle one habit a week for 10 weeks, assisting and supporting each other in an online forum, with all the information you need presented in live talks, videos, and helpful reading. In addition to our weekly group calls, I offer each member of the group a private phone consultation a week, as well as overseeing the forum and supplying answers to group questions. All calls will be recorded for later use in case you cannot attend a live group call.   

All the program requires is that each member is committed to making a change in themselves in order to tackle whatever issues they have. You cannot help people who are not willing to make a change. Also, group members are encouraged to take small steps to change their daily habits. It's a great thought that we're just going to flip a switch and everything will be perfect. We're not going for perfection here. We're going for small steps to create change and to become who we really are. I made that change when I decided that I no longer wanted to be at the mercy of my stress and anxiety and what it was triggering my mind and body to do on a daily basis. Sure, I was exercising and eating a fairly healthy diet, but so many things about my body and mindset were not functioning properly. Some things I didn't even recognize as problems until I touched on them in my first round of the Conscious Thrive program!

The Conscious Thrive program doesn't promise results- the results are entirely up to the group members and how committed they are. I am not a doctor, and this program is designed around daily healthy habit building, not leaving medicine behind or taking on exercise that your body can't handle. I will always defer to your doctor before advising you to do anything through our program. I am a great example of this- as a woman with epilepsy who had experienced monthly seizures for the last 10-plus years, I approached this program with caution and optimism. I knew that if I was able to control my stress, anxiety, and hormones, my seizures would calm down. Sure enough, after completing the program, I was able to go more than three months without a seizure. And nervous system issues are just one thing that our program can tackle.
